Starting Wage:

$24.00-$28.00 per hour

DOE Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00

Payroll Specialist Position:

Invoice Management:

Review invoices for proper documentation and approvals. Assign GL codes per company guidelines and input into QuickBooks. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Payroll Administration:

Process payroll adjustments on a strict schedule. Preparing full payroll or payroll hours for an ADP type system Investigate discrepancies and troubleshoot payroll issues. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Efficiency Optimization:

Streamline workflows and optimize processes, including invoice integrations. Maintain accurate files and prioritize workloads independently.

Additional Duties:

Audit and process credit card bills. Match invoices to checks and manage online vendor payments. What We're Looking For in an Accounts Payable /

Payroll Specialist:

Education:

Associate degree or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance preferred.

Experience:

2-4 years in payroll/accounts payable and experience with month end close procedures; QuickBooks experience helpful, NetSuite experience preferred.

Skills:

Strong multitasking, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication.

Bonus:

Bilingual in Spanish.
