Job Description:

Are you a driven, self-motivated sales professional with a passion for helping clients and growing your career? As an Independent Agent specializing in Personal Lines Sales, you'll have the freedom to work remotely, develop your client portfolio, and earn unlimited income through sales growth. You'll use your networking and relationship-building skills to help clients protect their homes, vehicles, and personal belongings with personalized insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a client portfolio through networking, prospecting, and relationship building. Assess clients' personal insurance needs and offer tailored solutions to protect their assets. Deliver exceptional customer service from inquiry to policy issuance, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing retention. Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate competitive coverage and pricing. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge. Consistently meet or exceed monthly agency a sales goals and quotas. Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation using provided CRM tools.

What We're Looking For:

Proven success in personal lines insurance sales with a focus on growth and client acquisition. Strong knowledge of home, auto, recreational, insurance products. A sales-driven mindset with a passion and personal accountability mindset for exceeding goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. Knowledge of carrier underwriting processes. Active Utah Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required). Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotes of the agency each month.
