Key Responsibilities Order Processing:

Efficiently manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Inventory Management:

Collaborate with the Operations Office Manager to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Communication:

Coordinate with various internal teams to successfully onboard new clients, ensuring seamless integration.

Problem Solving:

Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the onboarding process, liaising with the necessary departments as needed.

Data Analysis:

Assist in analyzing operational data and updating daily metrics to drive informed decision-making.

Required Personality Traits Detail-Oriented:

Demonstrates a keen eye for detail to maintain accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
