Full Job Description Preneed Sales Counselor Serving Chicagoland & Most of Illinois Compensation:

As we expand, we're looking for the right people to join us in bringing compassionate preplanning support to families throughout our communities. This role centers around in-person community events at senior living and independent living communities. You'll help families understand their options for cremation preplanning in a relaxed, engaging setting, while building meaningful relationships. Our sales counselors will also meet with inbound leads interested in pre-planning, and successfully close business.

What You'll Do:

Lead community-based events that educate and engage seniors and families Help families navigate cremation preplanning with clarity and compassion Follow up thoughtfully, offering support when they're ready to move forward Effectively close business with attendees following community events. Who You Are:

Driven, compassionate, and respectful Experienced in sales, funeral planning, life insurance, and senior services (preferred) Comfortable speaking with older adults and building trust through conversation Reliable, organized , and able to manage your time effectively Willing to travel within Chicagoland and surrounding areas
