At Finger Lakes Premier Properties, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join our real estate team as a Real Estate Sales Associate . In this role, you will work directly under the mentorship of the Real Estate Team Lead, gaining hands-on experience in real estate sales while being groomed for future leadership responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and eventually step into a team lead role. As a Real Estate Sales Associate , you will focus on lead generation, client relationship management, transaction coordination, and sales support. You'll play an integral role in helping the team meet its goals while building the foundation for your future leadership position. Client Relationship Management:
Assist in managing relationships with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals throughout the transaction process. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident during their buying or selling journey. Attend property showings, open houses, and client meetings to support the sales process. Provide clients with detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and market trends. Assist clients with questions, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive experience and fostering trust.Lead Generation & Conversion:
Assist in identifying and generating new leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals. Follow up on incoming leads, ensuring timely and effective communication to convert them into potential sales. Track and manage leads using the company's CRM system, ensuring efficient lead nurturing and follow-up.Sales Support & Transaction Coordination:
Assist clients with the preparation and review of offers, counteroffers, and contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Help facilitate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process. Coordinate and schedule property showings, meetings, and events, ensuring all parties involved are informed and prepared. Support the team by handling administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate client files. Follow up on transaction details, ensuring smooth progress from offer acceptance to closing.Market Analysis & Pricing Strategies:
Assist with conducting comparative market analyses (CMAs) to help clients understand property values and develop effective pricing strategies. Provide clients with insights into market conditions, local trends, and potential opportunities for buying or selling. Help prepare and present listing presentations to potential sellers, assisting them in determining optimal pricing strategies for their properties.Communication & Negotiation:
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, prospects, and other agents to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction process. Assist in negotiations on behalf of clients, ensuring that their best interests are represented throughout the process. Support clients through the offer and counteroffer process, facilitating positive outcomes for both buyers and sellers.Professional Development & Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Real Estate Team Lead to develop your sales skills and gain experience in team management and leadership. Participate in regular team meetings, strategy sessions, and ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market and industry best practices. Contribute to the team's overall goals by maintaining a high level of professionalism, ethics, and dedication to customer service.General Day-to-Day Real Estate Duties:
Maintain a full schedule of property showings, client meetings, and administrative tasks. Stay up-to-date on property listings, market trends, and industry news to better serve your clients. Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that all aspects of each transaction are handled in a timely manner. Attend training, coaching, and sales meetings to stay on top of industry changes and refine sales strategies.Qualifications:
2+ years as a licensed real estate sales agent in New York State. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and client needs. Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and other industry-related tools is a plus. Valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one (if not already licensed).
