specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of high-end card access, video monitoring, and intrusion alarm systems for commercial and large scale residential developments. Due to strong and stable growth, we are looking for a support technician! This role is a great fit for someone who has field experience in physical security and has excellent computer, software and customer service skills. This is an office position. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Be the first point of contact with a customer
• Provide excellent communication and service
• Support installation operations
• Program and troubleshoot systems
• Train customers on use of systems
• Provide updates to Project Manager on day/job progress
• Be available for after-hours service Qualifications and Skills
• Excellent communication, customer service and software skills
• Excellent problem solving skills, patient and calm under pressure
• Experience in card access, video monitoring, and/or intrusion alarm systems
• Strong experience in the installation of the above in commercial settings
• Excellent work ethic with a get it done mentality
• Experience with DSX, Openpath, Verkada, Exacq, Axis, Zoom, Teams, TeamViewer
• Desire to learn
