Key Responsibilities Insurance Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Provide quotes and explain coverage options to clients. Close sales and process policy applications.Client Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address client inquiries, concerns, and policy changes. Review and update client policies to ensure adequate coverage. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.Policy Administration:
Process policy renewals, cancellations, and meaningful modifications. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations. Continuously improve product knowledge to provide informed advice to clients. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally. Assist clients with claims processing and follow up to ensure resolution.Qualifications Licensing:
Valid Utah insurance license for property and casualty and life insurance (requirements vary by state).Experience:
Previous experience as an insurance agent or in a related role preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions. Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.Attributes:
Self-motivated with a strong sales drive. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and professionalism.Working Conditions Work Environment:
Remote work (must be located and licensed in Utah) with occasional visits to the office. May require occasional travel to meet clients or attend industry events.Hours:
