Shift Shift:

Monday•Thursday, 4 PM•2

AM Pay:

$26•$28/hr (Based on Experience)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Monitor and ensure machine safety at all times. Set up production machinery in accordance with the production schedule. Coordinate production materials (work-in-process, pallets, raw materials, etc.) with Material Handlers. Monitor product quality to ensure consistency and standards are met. Oversee tooling to ensure proper maintenance and re-sharpening. Assist in employee training on the operation of production machinery. Run production after primary job functions are completed. Perform machine maintenance activities as assigned. Complete various other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Report all activities to the supervisor as required. Programming is not needed. Just editing codes.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, HSED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Secondary education preferred (technical diploma or certificate). Experience with CNC equipment and familiarity with wood working equipment. Basic understanding and ability to apply math skills. Basic reading, writing, and comprehension skills. Ability to read and interpret measurement and gauge instruments. Basic computer knowledge. Maintain lift truck certification. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal personnel. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Dependable, reliable, and demonstrate a positive work attitude. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
