As a Quality Inspector, you will work hands-on supporting manufacturing production centers in Courtland Alabama through the inspection and processing of mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical parts and systems. What will you be working on?- You will be Inspecting products/materials for our production centers that are from approved LM suppliers or other LM sites and will validate the workmanship, dimensions and ensure documentation conforms to the product requirements.
- You will disposition parts for test or outside inspections based on inspection plans or program requirements
- You will perform acceptance or rejections and generate non-conforming documentation (Q-Notes) for hardware that does not meet product specifications or requirements
- You will perform inspection and handling of Hazardous materials/chemicals
- You will perform inspection and handling of Ordinance material
- Support other areas of Quality as required
- Other tasks as assigned The position will be eligible for overtime as needed.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $48,500 - $85,675. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
