• 25/hr pay rate Onsite in Solon Monday-Friday 8a-5p The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and accurate receipting of our Purchase Orders and reconciliation of our supplier accounts.

They will be responsible for the daily transactions into our financial system, managing the supplier records, invoicing, and resolving purchase order discrepancies. They wiill require attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely generation of Purchasing data for our hardware/software business using the relevant systems and the handling of associated queries. Assist in the monthly reconciliation function of supplier invoices related to the Hardware and Software Practice. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues in collaboration with our internal teams. Month end processes for the accurate & timely results of the business.

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years proven experience in accounts payable, finance, or a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems like NetSuite or similar Must be willing to take Excel Skills test

Preferred:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment Experience being involved in an ERP conversion Familiarity with billing software or cloud based financial systems is a plus (Sage Intacct).
