McCauley Constructors is a growing leader in the construction industry, based in Windsor, CO. We are committed to quality, integrity and delivering excellence in everything we do. We're currently looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance and Administration team. The Accounts Payable Specialist plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments to our valued vendors, subcontractors and employees. This position requires a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy and the ability to thrive in a dynamic construction environment. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to; Process and code vendor invoices and subcontractor payment applications Maintain accurate AP records and ensure compliance with contracts and company policy Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Manage vendor onboarding and updates, including W-9s and compliance documents Prepare weekly disbursement reports and support monthly billing cycles Match credit card receipts to monthly statements Assist with insurance audits and year-end reporting Input Schedule of Values and job buyout data into accounting system Handle incoming calls, visitors and general office duties Maintain AP files and expense documentation Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal staff promptly and professionally Maintain Notary Public certification (McCauley will sponsor) Required Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience Construction industry or Sage 300 experience a plus High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development support If you're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for numbers and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!
