This position troubleshoots problems with production and takes corrective action. Expected Capabilities and Essential Functions

• Verify drawings prior to release for fabrication - Not Verify, evaluate the process requirements of drawings.
• Order fabrications and machining based on project timelines and scheduled needs
• Work with the various vendors to achieve the best possible price and delivery
• Process fabricated spare parts orders as required
• Track all incoming fabrications and machined parts to timeline requirements.
• Interface with all departments to resolve any issues dealing with the machining and fabrications
• Support all quality systems requirements
• Epicor - Update order entry and status of components both sourced internally and externally. Minimum Education Requirements 1. High School diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience Required 1. Five years + experience with machine tool equipment processing and fabrication Other Requirements
• Problem solving and analysis
• Communication proficiency
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods Desired Training (before or after hire) 1.
