Graphic Designer Oklahoma Embroidery Supply & Design, LLC Oklahoma City, OK 73114 • Hybrid work We are seeking a highly skilled graphic designer with a blend of technical expertise and creative vision. This role will focus on creating compelling design solutions for a variety of projects, from product packaging to social media content, while maintaining a keen understanding of both contemporary design trends and the timeless traditions of craftsmanship. This is a full time, career oriented role working a hybrid schedule which includes onsite at our Oklahoma City, OK office. In office Monday-Wednesday, remote Thursday-Friday with half-day Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Execution:

Design product packaging, logos, brand identity, and other materials for new and rebranded products, ensuring designs align with the company's aesthetic and values. Content Creation for

Digital Platforms:

Develop eye-catching content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok), paid ads, email campaigns, and retail/educational materials.

Collaborative Project Management:

Take projects from conceptual brief to final design, collaborating with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure design solutions meet business and brand objectives.

Project Oversight & Leadership:

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail are met while adhering to tight deadlines. Oversee contract graphic designers as needed.

Trend & Industry Awareness:

Stay current with design trends, social media innovations, and the world of craft and manufacturing, bringing fresh ideas to the table that blend modern aesthetics with traditional techniques.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs, from product packaging to digital content, are consistent with the brand's identity, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.

Competencies:

4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across various mediums. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Strong background in designing for digital platforms, including social media graphics, paid advertisements, and email marketing. Experience in product packaging, logo design, and brand identity development. Moderate to advanced photography and post-production video skills are a plus. Basic understanding of the "making" process (craftsmanship, embroidery, or similar creative industries) preferred.
