$25/hr 6:30 am to 5 pm

CNC Fiber Laser Operator:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Fiber Laser Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC fiber laser cutting machines. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with fiber lasers, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

CNC Fiber Laser Operator Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC fiber laser cutting machines to produce precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate cuts. Load and unload materials onto machines, ensuring proper alignment and secure positioning. Adjust machine settings (speed, power, and focal length) to achieve optimal cutting results. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machine efficiency. Inspect finished products to verify they meet required tolerances and quality standards. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve technical or production issues. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and company standards. Track and record production data, including machine performance and material usage. Follow all company policies and adhere to strict safety guidelines.

CNC Fiber Laser Operator Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or vocational training in CNC operation preferred). Proven experience operating CNC fiber laser machines. Strong understanding of CNC nesting, G-code, and machine operations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of materials and their properties, including metal and non-metal cutting.
