Description Our client in the insurance industry is looking for two new Remote Territory Sales Managers to join their Team. They're growing and have decided to create these roles to expand their already well-established book of business in Texas. This territory has been supported by three other TMs in surrounding states. Given how big of a footprint this region has, they've decided to grow their Sales Team and have local coverage. In this role, you will be responsible for managing agency relationships including setting and monitoring goals, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up while delivering superior levels of service. This territory will be split into two regions within Texas with flexibility in your assigned region depending on your location. You'll balance your time between nurturing relationships through virtual touchpoints and making in-person visits. About 70% of your time will be spent on account management, nurturing relationships with the existing 25-35 agencies with the remaining time spent identifying prospective new partners.
