About the
Role:
As a Commercial Insurance Sales Consultant, you'll be the trusted advisor for your clients. Your job? To engage with high-level executives like CEOs, Presidents, and Controllers, craft innovative marketing strategies, and secure new business. We provide all the tools, training, and mentorship you need to succeed and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing and prospecting strategies, including cold calling, networking, and other proactive activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal team members, and external partners. Serve as a consultant, tailoring solutions to fit each client's unique needs. Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and team sessions. Stay current with industry trends and pursue industry designations (CIC, CPCU). Utilize tools and resources provided to maintain a competitive edge and drive client success. Collaborate with leadership and peers to meet company goals and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
At least one year of outside sales experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus). Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to engage with clients effectively. Strong presentation skills, comfortable with both individuals and groups. An analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex information and simplifying it for clients. Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with agency management systems is a bonus. Why Join Us?
