Overview:
Athena Security is seeking an innovative Account Executive, Subject Matter Expert with expertise in Augmented Reality (AR) Glasses . This role focuses on bringing AR-based security and operational tools to early adopters in law enforcement, security services, and industrial operations.

Our patented software and hardware from CEIA provide an advanced weapons detection system that offers unparalleled protection with accuracy, speed, and convenience. We have revolutionized entryway security. Our advanced system can accurately identify concealed weapons powered by CEIA, ensuring that dangerous items are detected before they pose a threat. When a weapon is recognized, Athena immediately sends alerts to security resources and shares crucial information with responders via a smartphone app.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for Athena's AR Glasses solutions. Identify and target new business opportunities within law enforcement, security, and industrial sectors. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points. Deliver compelling product demos and tailor value propositions to each client. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product and engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success. Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and insights on deal progress to leadership. Represent Athena at industry events and trade shows to generate leads and build relationships.
Requirements:
Background in AR/VR tech, wearables, or smart glasses preferred. 5+ years in sales, pre-sales, or business development. Strong understanding of B2B security or public safety markets. Comfortable working with emerging technologies and pilot deployments.
Compensation:
