Job Title Client Recruiter Location Beachwood Facility CC Administrative Campus Department Job Code T99044 Shift Days Schedule 8:00am-5:00pm Job Summary Job Details Become a part of our Cleveland Clinic Talent Acquisition team, as a Client Recruiter. Caregivers in the Client Recruiter role shape the future of healthcare, as they connect with potential future caregivers and aim to grow our caregiver family by matching candidates with roles throughout the organization. A caregiver in this role will actively participate in Cleveland Clinic and Talent Acquisition objectives and assist in reaching departmental metrics and goals. Cleveland Clinic's Talent Acquisition team has recently garnered awards for its dedication to developing caregivers by embracing automation, providing technology and resources and holding communities of practice, learning salons and weekly improvement models. Additionally, caregivers in this department work closely together and are supported by involved leaders who are eager to provide coaching. With improved efficiency through automation, caregivers in this role will be able to adhere to recruitment cycle standards and form strong connections by screening quality candidates. A caregiver in this position can work a hybrid schedule, with a combination of on-site and work from home. Initial training will be fully on-site for the first 6-8 weeks on average. Thereafter an on-site expectation of 3 days per week. Some travel will be required for events and on-site meetings as needed. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Conduct interviews and follow up on potential leads. Maintain a network of candidates. Ensure compliance for all steps of the recruitment process which include position approval, posting, sourcing, interviewing, testing, applicant tracking database management. Participate in recruitment efforts at conventions, speaking engagements, job fairs, educational facilities and other community related activities. Participate in continuous improvement projects, working to develop and enhance policies and procedures and standardize our recruiting processes. Work hand-in-hand with partners across the Caregiver Office to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Two years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or related Cleveland Clinic experience with a focus on sales orientation, customer service, idea generating/innovation, and leveraging networks. OR an associate degree with an additional two years of full-life cycle recruitment and sourcing experience. OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four years of full-life cycle recruitment and sourcing experience Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Two years of Recruitment experience. Proficient in applicant tracking systems such as Workday. Proven success in problem solving, time management and follow-up skills, superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and quality and a demonstrated ability to generate and support Cleveland Clinic standards.
