THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a
RENTAL EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
to join our growing operations (Louisiana Rents) at our Bossier City, Louisiana location.
SALARY POTENTIAL 60,000
•$72,000 yearly range The yearly range indicated is representative of the hourly rate, including typical overtime. This range is based on a technician's experience, skills, education and training. For technicians, overtime is typically calculated on a daily basis after 8 hours worked. YOU The person in this role will be responsible for servicing and repairing construction rental equipment in the shop or in the field.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
You will have access to FREE training and development courses! You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all components of rental equipment including engines, power trains, hydraulics and fuel systems You will create, track, and formalize work order documents on a timely basis You will have the ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

MOST IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
High School Diploma or (GED) equivalent
REQUIRED
Strong mechanical aptitude; Maintain a tool inventory; Louisiana Cat offers employees a Tooling Purchasing Program
HIGHLY PREFERRED
Prior experience with Rental Equipment is helpful
JOB FACTS SHIFT SCHEDULE
Monday•Friday 7am•5pm; may require working hours outside standard work schedule (specifics discussed during interviews)
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Requires physical movement, lifting, squatting, bending, climbing, and working with mechanical rotating parts in the Louisiana climate Career structure and growth through our Technician Career Development Program
