We have an immediate opening for a IT Service Desk Tier I Technician with 2+ years help desk/deskside support. The ideal applicant:
Will have experience working with multiple clients with diverse environments Experience installing, configuring, and administering MS Windows 10 laptops/desktops Troubleshooting hardware and software issues Strong working knowledge with Office 365 applications including OneDrive and Sharepoint Experience with user account management, Active Directory, O365 Account, and MFA. Experience with VoIP phones, setup, management Will have a basic understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, WIFI) Must be a team player, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to meet established deadlines. Will have strong, demonstrated communication and customer service skills are a must. Education High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Course training or degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. Certifications Any MS Windows 7 or 10 certification preferred A++ Certification Requirements Pass criminal background Ability to lift computers (up to 40 lbs.), overall agility is needed to perform deskside support tasks. This position requires local travel to and from our downtown Indianapolis office. Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
