To excel as a Full-Time Appointment Scheduler at Minnesota Urology, you will need a solid foundation in both technical and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of two years of appointment scheduling experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Proficiency in medical terminology is essential to facilitate effective communication with patients and healthcare providers.
