The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation, Wireshark, and TCPIP with the ability to work effectively on various projects. This role requires a lot of travel, hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Installation Technician will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Duties Provide exceptional customer support for Athena Security's threat detection platform and hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDM software, iPads, and antivirus solutions. Deploy and manage iPads using Apple Configurator. Assist clients with Vanta integration and usage. Understand and manage IP addressing configurations. Perform installation tasks across various sites, up to 80% travel required Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation of products. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to coordinate installation schedules. Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and potential challenges. Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively during installation processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on installation sites. Troubleshoot installation issues as they arise and provide solutions in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during installations. Qualifications . Strong knowledge of electrical systems as they pertain to installations. Strong knowledge of TCPIP and Wireshark Familiarity with various technical hardwares. Ability to work effectively at various locations as required by project specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks associated with installation work. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
