The primary responsibilities include generating new business, identifying cross-selling opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client retention, and achieving profit goals. Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek and secure new business opportunities for the specialized department.
• Collaborate with the agent or operations manager to determine optimal coverage solutions for clients.
• Assess and rate new accounts during the underwriting process.
• Stay informed about new products and industry initiatives, actively pursuing personal and professional development.
• Proactively gather expiration dates from potential clients and prospects.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
• Meet production requirements and goals established by the agent or agency manager.
• Maintain comprehensive monthly sales records and share them with the agent or operations manager for evaluation. Skills and Qualities
• Effective communication skills.

• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.
