Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to join our team in Oxnard, CA. The successful candidates will perform essential functions related to manufacturing operations, including setup, calibration, quality testing, and rework processes. You will be working closely with engineers to enhance and modify production methods, improve processes, and ensure high-quality product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform tasks associated with manufacturing operations, such as setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Use sophisticated software programs to collect and analyze operating data to make real-time adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Collaborate with engineers to identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes. Conduct tests and experiments to evaluate production methods and ensure the quality of output. Assist engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process as required. Troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and recommend solutions related to production and assembly processes. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of basic manufacturing and quality testing principles. Familiarity with using advanced software tools and programs to track and analyze data. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and temperature conditions.
