Mortgage Loan Officer Rosso Recruiting, LLC Schaumburg, IL 60173 Our client is a national mortgage lender, currently looking for remote and hybrid consumer-direct Mortgage Loan Officers to join our sales team. This position is fast-paced and requires great follow-up skills for the live leads that are provided every day. Experience is required for this job posting, along with current licensing. This position is remote or hybrid with all leads provided for you. What you can expect when you join our team: Quality real-time leads are provided with flexibility and access to your on-site opening team, processing team, and your Loan Officer Assistant. Having support when you want it will help you close more files, and get you focused on your business - so you don't need to be worried about chasing down client paperwork. We place emphasis on Conventional based lending, but offer a vast array of products and lead sources to go with them: FHA, VA, Jumbo, non-QM. Very competitive rates and aggressive compensation. What we expect of you:

The ability to provide excellent customer service to EVERY client as part of normal loan officer activities which include origination, gathering documents as needed, structuring loans and managing the process from start to finish, and keeping the client informed every step of the way. Self-motivated person with the ability to thrive under adversity, effectively work relationships, and follow up with clients.

Required for this role:

License to lend in at least 1 state 2+ years of recent lending experience 2+ years of sales required
